We promise to deliver your order on time and with no fuss. Sometimes things may go wrong and if this happens it is our highest priority to put things right. Our Customer Care Team are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will answer any of your questions.
DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY
Due to overwhelming orders ( thank you very much), please allow us to deliver your items within 2-5 days after payment has been made. We need time to check everyone's payment, wrap everything and ship out the item to pos laju. If your order is wrong or faulty, please contact our Customer Care Team on our Contact Form. We will reply as soon as possible and we will send you the right item on a free express delivery and give you 5% off your next order! However, we will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging,along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Pls do not untag the price.Any refund must be made within 2 days after the items arrived. We will not provide shipping fee for returned items for the customers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation of order can still be made within 24 hours upon order via our Contact Form. Please state your order number when contacting us.
RESERVATION
Reservation is allowed for 2 days ONLY. After that all reservations without payment will automatically be canceled. This also applicable if you pay on the 3rd day after confirmation of taking the item; we will refund your money if the item has been sold. Whoever pays first, get the item first.
PROOF OF PAYMENT
If you are paying using online internet transaction, please email us the proof of payment once payment is made. For manual transaction (ATM or Counter) please take the picture of the receipt or scan it and email it to us as your proof of payment. We will not entertain any customer who cannot provide the proof of payment although payment has been made. After confirming your payment, we will mail out your item. Please take note that we do mailing only 2 times per week. Please allow 2-3 business days for the item to be shipped out. If Backout Happens , there will be no refund. If you deposit larger amount at ATM machine ,please email us your account number. We will transfer the balance. If you insist us to put the balance inside the parcel, we will not be responsible for any lost during shipment.
